Applying Dr Iain McGilchrist’s hypothesis
We are very interested in speaking with those of you who have applied Dr Iain McGilchrist’s hypothesis in a practical way. We will shortly be interviewing Orlando Wood, author of a best-selling and widely acclaimed book on advertising called Lemon (IPA, 2019). Orlando is Chief Innovation Officer of advertising research company System1 and his work has influenced thinking and practice in market research, marketing and advertising, earning him recognition from many industry bodies, including the ARF, the AMA, Jay Chiat, ISBA, the MRS, ESOMAR and the IPA. Lemon draws on Iain’s work and applies his ideas to modern-day advertising and culture. Iain described Orlando’s book, Lemon, as ‘A highly original and fascinating application of hemisphere theory’. We look forward to sharing this interview with you soon.
In the public area of the site we shall also be adding articles written by others, as well as a shop and an exclusive upcoming online event towards the end of this year.
Thank you for reading,
From the Team at Channel McGilchrist
